Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training date will result in 50% of the course fee being retained.
• This is because the training day is fully organised in advance, including preparation of materials, products, equipment, and allocation of tutor time.
• Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to an alternative date subject to availability.
• If a student wishes to transfer to another date, this may be done once without charge. Any further date changes may incur an administration fee at the discretion of NU:FACE AESTHETICS.
•Non-attendance on the day of training without prior notice will result in 100% of the course fee being forfeited.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or emergency), requests will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of the training provider.
